Large house built in 1930 of 217 m2 on a shaded and enclosed plot of 1000 m2 in Laluque centre , 26 km from the beaches ( St Girons, Léon, Contis) for lovers of nature and authentic. Dax town is 15 kms away. Spain is 90 kms away. Access to the Bordeaux-Bayonne motorway nearby. This large family home has a large living room on the ground floor with a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room with wc. Upstairs, 5 bedrooms , two tv lounges and a large bathroom. It's a great house for family stays for all generations. Linens and towels are provided. Pets are allowed. Rosie the family cat stays in place. We would appreciate it if you could take care of her during your stay. We want you to have a great time in our home and in the Landes. We are individuals who rent our dwelling house. During rentals we live in the outbuilding next door without vis-à-vis and in all discretion.
