The cottage is located at the end of a private road in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac and stands alone. No holiday homes close together, no through traffic – just peace, nature and privacy. There is a stork's nest in the immediate vicinity. The Elbe dyke and the Elbe cycle path are 200 m away, and two bicycles are available free of charge.

Coffee maker, kettle and microwave are also available. In the beautiful large garden there is a private seating area.

The largest apartment of 75 m² is part of a half-timbered building with a thatched roof in the so-called heath village. It has two living rooms, each with a gallery.
