Now, newly completed (summer 2022) this traditional rural building has been lovingly restored by the owner architect, who with the help of amazing local craftsmen has sensitively combined the best of contemporary design with traditional restoration work. E' un piccolo gioiello situato sulla strada panoramica di Caporciano. Scavato in parte nella roccia, offre scorci e suggestioni difficili da trovare. Ha due giardini, uno esterno ed uno interno nel quale è presente un barbecue. Il piano terra è costituito da una cucina abitabile con camino, stufa a pellet ed un soggiorno scavato nella grotta, fresco d’estate. Al primo piano la zona notte è costituita da una camera matrimoniale, una camera doppia ed un bagno con vasca e lavatrice.

Pietro's apartment is located within a 7-story estate hectares of olive trees, vineyard and garden from which you can see the sea distance. The building that belonged to the Torlonia family still remains the charm of ancient houses. The apartment is on the first floor and recently renovated. The fireplace can be used on cold winter evenings. There are free-roaming animals on the property, including five cats, a cute little dog, two donkeys, chickens and a lonely turkey
