We look forward to welcoming you to this spacious, bright apartment with a beautiful view and fully equipped for your stay on Le Mans or more generally in Sarthe. Easy access with bus stop (St-Exupéry) at the foot of the residence: - 5 min bus to Place de la République (or 15/20 min walk) - 10 min to train station Free street parking at the foot of the residence and surroundings.

We welcome you with pleasure in a 2-room apartment, recently renovated with passion, within 15th century walls. The accommodation includes a corridor leading to a bedroom with a 160 x 190 bed and walk-in shower on one side, and a large living room with kitchen open to the dining/living room. The place is great for a couple, but a single bed & sofa bed in the main room allow for extra beds. If you have specific questions, feel free to reach out to us!
