Welcome to La Changéenne, a characterful house located in the town of Changé, 9 minutes from the Le Mans 24-hour race circuit. <br><br>The house comprises: <br><br>- A spacious, cosy living room, enhanced by exposed beams and a fireplace.<br>- A convivial dining room that can seat 13 people.<br>- A fully equipped kitchen: coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, etc.<br>- 2 shower rooms.<br>- 5 bedrooms: 4 double beds, 3 single beds.<br>- A mezzanine with a double bed.<br>- TV/Wi-Fi.

This RANCH, unique in France, can accommodate 9 people and comprises 6 original STRUCTURES for a large family or a group of friends. You can watch a replay of the filming for UN DINER PRESQUE PARFAIT, which took place from 30/03 to 02/04/2026 at three of my gîtes. Heated swimming pool from May 15 to September 15, tennis, pétanque, badminton, ping pong, playground + loan of equipment to SHARE because 4 other gites on site: 1 CABIN for 5 people and 3 TRAILERS for 2 to 5 people.

Quiet independent accommodation with its private entrance located in our house. Private parking space on the property. Bedroom with a double bed and its ensuite shower room + toilet. A large living room and kitchen with fridge, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, induction stove and microwave entirely reserved for tenants. The accommodation also has a small private terrace. The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.
