La Terrasse du Loir gîte 2 km from La Flèche Zoo

The "La Terrasse du Loir" gîte is private (open since 2021), you will be alone in the entire gîte. The pool and telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022. It is heated to 29°. For 2026: Heated pool from 27 March to 1 November inclusive. For 2027: Heated pool from 26 March to 1 November inclusive. 115m2 cottage + large 24m2 terrace overlooking Le Loir located 2.5kms from the Zoo. Accommodation capacity 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 bedrooms).

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, the Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

We wanted to provide generous comfort while preserving the authenticity of the premises. The fully equipped Duroy house has one bedroom and an extra bed (one person) in the living room. Connected to fiber optic internet, it offers television and music (AirPlay).
