In the middle of the artist district overlooking the water

Living directly on the Karl Heine Canal in the hip west of Leipzig. Here "lives" the art scene (Westwerk, Buntgarnwerke, Kunstkraftwerk...). Not far from the property, the so-called Neuseenland begins. A rowing tour on the canal or quickly in the city center. All no problem from the cozy accommodation overlooking the Karl Heine Canal. Z.Z. are on the millennium field animals (including camels), of course without guarantee. The apartment is separate from the house, quietly located, yet right in the middle of it.

Our apartment is a cozy apartment close to the cultural scene and not far from the center. In 5 minutes by tram and 15 minutes walk you get to the city center. At the same time, you can reach the popular pub mile with a variety of gastronomic facilities in just a few steps. Nevertheless, the apartment is located in a side street very quiet , so you can enjoy a heavenly quiet night's sleep. And then the view from the terrace ....
