In a quiet location ten minutes from the ocean and three minutes from the city center of Lit et Mixe by car, our two cottages "Les Coquillages" welcome you in the green setting of our garden. Both cottages are air-conditioned, equipped with a flat screen, Wi-Fi and an independent bathroom with shower and toilet. These two-person accommodations also have an equipped kitchen area, as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. You have access to a heated pool in the summer.

Maison Alba in Lit-et-Mixe

We welcome you to our new house, full of charm in the heart of a half-timbered residential area. You will be a short walk from the Landes forest and its bike paths (which pass right in front of our neighborhood), which will also take you directly to Cap de l'Homy beach. By car the beaches (Contis and Cap de l'Homy) are only about ten minutes away. In addition, the house is in the heart of Lit et Mixe. This accommodation is ideal for holidays with family or friends.

Wine Cellar from 1835, Design renovation in 2011

Nestled approximately 15 km from Contis Plage amidst pristine natural surroundings, you'll find this former wine cellar dating back to 1835. This historic building, renovated and extended by an architect 12 years ago, graces an expansive 11-acre expanse of traditional "arial landais" land. It offers a unique escape into the heart of unspoiled natural beauty, with the picturesque villages of Levignacq and Uza each situated around 4 km away.

The Frog Shed

You will be staying in a renovated and independent Landes barn on the owners' property. You have a living room with briquette fireplace, sofa, equipped kitchen, bedroom with a large 140 bed, and a bedroom with 1 pull-out bed in 90, bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet. The place is quiet and not overlooked. On request a baby cot is available as well as a bathtub and a booster seat. THE ACCOMMODATION IS EQUIPPED WITH WIFI.
