We have been building and tinkering for a long time, and now it is finished: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian Forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. And in summer, a large garden with mountain views, sun loungers and a grill all to yourselves.

A secluded outdoor area features a wooden hot tub surrounded by a wooden privacy fence. Soft lighting highlights the space, and a small charcoal grill is positioned nearby. Well-maintained greenery adds a natural touch to the setting, creating a relaxing ambiance.

Beautiful house with large partially covered feel-good terrace + many modern seating areas + cool campfire + garden house and small sandbox as well as toy tractor for the little ones on site. 3 different types of loungers and a hammock for relaxation. A kettle charcoal grill + 3 legs on site + barbecue utensils, etc. Charcoal does not have to/cannot always be on site! A sauna, hot tub (optionally bookable!) and air conditioning provide the necessary luxury! Consumables are only limited in the house!

This wonderful place has its very own charm. The old shoemaker's house has been lovingly renovated and partially rebuilt. Externally, the listed building remained as it had been built in 1878. However, the interiors of the house are adapted to contemporary needs and decorated in a modern country house style. On the ground floor are the kitchen, parlor and modern bathroom. On the first floor are the two bedrooms and the dressing room.

In the house, the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can relax wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For guests, the 1st and 2nd floor are reserved and connected to the stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studio rooms.

A comfortable seating area features a variety of soft pillows in neutral tones, creating a welcoming space. A textured throw blanket lightly drapes over the seating. A decorative pillow with the word 'Relax' and vibrant tassels adds a subtle touch of color.
