Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lugano District

It is beautiful and in a peaceful neighborhood. The unit was clean and Sara was kind and helpful with the check-in. Definitely a place to go for next time.

The accommodation, the village and the surrounding area are very nice. We liked the quiet location of the apartment (and yet in the middle of the village) very much and provided relaxation. The apartment is well equipped. The roof terrace is particularly great for shared use. We will be happy to come back to Astano.

Regula is the most beautiful hostess in the Italian canton! Very hospitable and friendly. The house has everything for comfort. We and the children are always happy to be here. We are returning for the second time and planning to come again next year!

Stayed with 6 people on New Year's Eve. The host Urs was kind and helpful. Comfortable accommodation in a complex overlooking the lake on the border with Campione d'Italia, easily accessible on foot. The only flaw is the really minimal kitchen, housed inside a piece of furniture.

Absolute gem of a location with a host that goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. Any questions were answered and resolved super quickly. Host is gracious, polite and very friendly. Location could not be better - walking distance to everything! Flat is spacious and has everything you need to feel at home! This was our apartment when we moved continents and we could not be happier!

Very nice, professionally developed Rustico. The attention to detail and the sense of the function and the respective material are unmistakable. Even in not so sunny weather, it can be perfectly switched off. Arriving by public transport was problem-free and the walk for shopping is absolutely feasible for somewhat active people. We are already considering when we will come back.

Riccardo & Vittoria put a lot of effort into it and they are very warm and great hosts! Very friendly and straightforward. We enjoyed the stay very much and felt at home. The four of us had enough space, it was cozy and comfortable. We were able to relax really well. In this environment, we simply enjoyed the tranquility. The views and the vastness were great. The possibilities for different experiences in nature and explorations are diverse. The people in the village are very likeable. We had everything we wanted and can recommend it to everyone. Family trip with a 2 year old. Very clean and well arranged accommodation. Everything was new. We spent a lot of time indoors as no luck with the weather. Sandro and his girlfriend are charming and very helpful. Car is required to reach the different amenities (store, restaurant, etc.)

A dream of a place to stay! Villa SamarCasa in Collina d'Oro is simply beautiful – generously sized, stylishly furnished and with a fantastic outdoor area to relax. The lovingly designed garden and breathtaking views all the way to the sunset make every moment special there. The hostess is incredibly friendly, helpful and available at all times – you immediately feel welcome. The arrival is very pleasant thanks to plenty of parking spaces directly at the villa. And as a special highlight: Down in the village you can jump directly into the lake! A perfect place to stay for those looking for relaxation, comfort and a fantastic location. This is my second time staying here! This time was even better than the last: the pictures do not do it justice! The view is amazing!! Raefela is an amazing host, she even bought us groceries, and helped us plan our day. Don’t hesitate to book: this is our go to location for Lugano!

It is a super nice stay at the Maison de Coco we were warmly welcomed by Nuria. The apartment is furnished with loving details and very clean... Parking is available right in front of the house By train( from Capella Agnuzzo) you can get to Lugano very quickly. The train runs every 15 minutes.

We had a great stay here and would be happy to return in the future.

I highly recommend Andrea's place. The studio is furnished with love, maintained with a lot of commitment and you will find everything you need. A welcome gift, fresh flowers, a package of spaghetti with sauce... and other little touches that round off the stay. Andrea is very open, sympathetic and a passionate host. Thank you! What a wonderful place! The view is quite spectacular. Me, my wife & 2 children spent 2 nights here and we loved it. Quiet, peaceful, spectacular view, hot tub, loads of outdoor space and a lovely inside space. Wish we could have stayed a little longer. Would highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again.
