When the psychedelic patterns of the 70s meet the clean lines of the Scandinavian style and the soft colors, a magic happens: come and see it with your own eyes and dedicate yourself completely to relaxation in this well-kept apartment with a vintage flavor 2 steps from the lake and boarding for the Borromeo Islands. The apartment is equipped with 2 bedrooms for a total of 5 beds , 2 kitchens equipped with microwave , 40"TV with terrestrial and satellite connection,free WIFI throughout the house and in the common areas, 2 spacious and bright bathrooms . A balcony along the entire length makes the apartments very bright. We also have an adjacent garage for the shelter of motorcycles, bicycles and strollers. The apartment is located inside a completely renovated building and used for tourist accommodation. It is centrally located with respect to all services . The building can be rented in whole or in part for a total of 18 beds. Some apartments are communicating for families of 4/5 people or groups of friends who want to stay together at certain times of the day and still maintain their privacy. The ground floor apartment is free of architectural barriers and with a bathroom also suitable for the disabled. The house has an adjacent space for the shelter of motorcycles , bicycles or strollers. The house has a lobby and a reception with common areas. The opening of the entrance doors is coded. The apartment is located in Pallanza, a village with one of the most beautiful lakeside in the area: a suggestive walk between the archipelago of the Borromean Islands on one side and colorful facades, arcades, flowered balconies, terraces and cafes on the other. By car: from the A26 take the exit for Verbania. You reach Pallanza continuing along the SS34. By train: from Verbania-Pallanza station use the public transport that runs along the lake leading to Pallanza. The apartment is located inside a completely renovated building and used for tourist accommodation. It is centrally located with respect to all services. It is on the first floor reachable with a wide stone staircase The apartment is located in Verbania a few steps from Lake Maggiore, in the small town of "Pallanza" a village with one of the most beautiful walks along the lake in the area:the Borromeo Islands on one side and colorful facades, porches, flowery balconies, terraces and cafes on the other.

Wooden floorboards and lovely details lend warmth for an unforgettable stay. Within walking distance are 2 metro stations, bike sharing. Just 5 minutes by taxi or just 2 underground stops is the Central Station and Garibaldi Station is 5 minutes away from the apartment. These stations are connected to the Linate and Malpensa airports; In 10 minutes walking you reach Corso Como, just below the skyscrapers of Piazza Gae Aulenti. Guests will have access to the whole house. Situated in the heart of the beautiful, authentic Isola district, the apartment lies in one of the most lively areas of Milan. The safe vicinity hosts the highest concentration of trattorias, pubs, and restaurants. Take a short ride to the market. Within walking distance you will find 2 underground lines and trams in the square. Bike share is also convenient in the square in front of the house. L’appartamento è luminoso e confortevole, ha accesso diretto al lago e gode di una tranquillità senza pari. L'ampia vetrata del soggiorno permette di godere di un panorama mozzafiato. Due zone pranzo e relax, una interna e una nel giardino fronte lago per momenti indimenticabili. La cucina è totalmente attrezzata. Un'ampia camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale e uno singolo e lo spazio per un'eventuale culla e due bagni completano l'alloggio. Può ospitare un massimo di 3 adulti e un bebè.

Our property Alba e Tramonto hosts 2 apartments that can be rented also togheter and is located in a privileged position overlooking the Bellagio promontory and the lake. It enjoys continuous sun exposure throughout the day and the view needs no comment: it is simply breathtaking. Alba e Tramonto is immersed in nature, surrounded by a nice garden with olives and cypresses trees. Our 60 mq apartment is brand new: it’s been totally renewed and furnished! It's made with a bedroom with one double bed and a living room with a double comfortable sofa/twin-bed. The two rooms are well separated by two doors and the toilet is in between. The flat is calm, cozy and perfect for couples, family with kids (we know well what you need!) and business people. It’s just in front Parco Sempione, on a walking distance to all the main neighborhoods of the city.
