Holiday rentals with a balcony in Luino

Beautiful apartment in a great location. The apartment itself had every amenity we could need and many thoughtful additions. The location is a 1min walk to the lake, the ferry stop is a further minute or two, so very convenient for visiting the islands.

Amazing view from the apartment, very clean and spacious. You can take stairs to the lake, the path itself (about 200m) is beautiful but steep (e.g., not suitable for strollers).

The accommodation is wonderfully located (with great views of the lake) and clean. Access by public transport is well possible, but the Postautos (stop very close to the property) do not run very often. The pool is wonderfully large, nice and warm and well maintained. The kitchen equipment is very good - apart from salt, however, it has no spices (oil must also be brought along yourself). The staff is very friendly and helpful. We would book the accommodation again anytime!

It was easy to find the apartment, the instructions were very clear. The location is amazing, 5 min to the ferry, 5 min to the supermarket, great restaurants nearby (Lugano, Divino13). The town itself is beautiful and peaceful, not so crowded as Varenna or Bellagio. We were without a car, and managed to visit Varenna, Bellagio and Lenno using public transportation, it was very easy and comfortable. The lack of elevator and the church bell were not a problem for us. In conclusion, great apartment, amazing location and good value. Definitely recommend!

we had a fantastic time. interaction with interhome and the local keyholder is never easy because communication with keyholder is not done with the airbnb app but usually with external e-mail or phone (so you communicate with interhome agent trough the app; and parallel you try to establish contact with local keyholder through other channels). check in once connection is established works well. payment of local tax is not organized and the work in order to pay it is passed on the guest - local taxes should be included in the air bnb fee.... appartement perfect. location perfect we had a wonderful spring holiday in locarno. kind regards christian

Everything was organized and perfect. Communication with the host was smooth, and the check-in process and instructions were very well-structured. The security of the house was also excellent! I had a very comfortable sleep. I had to catch an early train from Milano Centrale, and it only took 15 minutes to get to the platform—more than enough time. I would love to stay here again next time!

splendid! Great apartment with an amazing view! Very clean, super well equipped. The apartment is located high up, it is better to be there by car but it is the price to pay to have such a beautiful view of the lake and the city of Lugano. We had a memorable stay.

Incredible location with a unique view of the Lago dOrta. In the spacious garden on comfortable sun loungers, we were able to quickly immerse ourselves in total peace and quiet. The house is spacious - and perfectly furnished. We didn't miss anything while cooking, neither utensils nor spices. We slept wonderfully in very comfortable beds. As an electrosensible being, I was able to pull the Wi-Fi plug, living and sleeping radiation-free, a huge gift. Thank you, Davide, for making us so good that it was cozy even on cool evenings. Finally, I wish all tenants to clean dishes and pots in the cabinets, to the delight of everyone involved.

This is my second time staying with Wendy and it definitely won’t be my last! Wendy is a wonderful host, bubbly, friendly and responsive. The room is clean and cosy, with a stunning view, exactly like the pictures. The area has a few lovely restaurants, a bakery, a bar and connections to all of the popular Lake Como towns for day trips. I really cannot fault Wendy’s place. I can’t wait to come back next year!!

Beautiful, clean accommodation with a great view of Lake of Como. Ideal for exploring the lake from here. A car is recommended, as there is only a limited number of shopping, beaches and restaurants in Sala Comacina itself. However, the area is full of smaller and larger towns that invite you to explore. However, if you are a late riser, you should pay attention to the bell tower, which starts early in the morning about 7 o'clock with its bell game. We had a wonderful week in Sala Comacina and enjoyed exploring the lake from the apartment!

We spent three wonderful nights in this cottage nestled in the heights of Lake Como, with stunning views of the lake and mountains. It was a haven of peace, surrounded by nature and animals, away from any urban noise or traffic. The absolute calm allowed us to really recharge. The cottage was warm and very pleasant, a real cocoon that my mother and I loved. Only small downside: the bed was a little noisy when we moved, but nothing that spoiled our stay. The hosts were lovely, very welcoming and caring, even going so far as to help us unload the car. We would definitely recommend this place for a quiet getaway in an idyllic setting!

We enjoyed the accommodation very much. It is very spacious. The view from the balcony is phenomenal. The communication with Alessandra was very good. She gave us good tips. Very convenient parking in the private garage. The garage is not big, but was sufficient for our 3 Series BMW. Luino is excellent as a starting point for excursions to the surroundings on the east shore of Lake Maggiore. The apartment is definitely recommended. We felt comfortable. Thank you.

What a beautiful property. Super clean and tidy with everything you could need. There is a lovely walk into Bellagio from the property. We really enjoyed staying here and the host is fantastic. This is a beautiful apartment in a top notch location. The lake view is stunning and it is very conveniently located for exploring the Como Lake by boat - the ferry terminal is just a few minutes walk away. Andrea was a great host and all communication with him was very smooth. Highly recommended!

The apartment exactly matches the description. Classy, functional, clean. The experience at home was absolutely perfect. Convenient area to get around on foot, a stone's throw from the station. Susanna is a punctual, responsive, and very nice host. I recommend this apartment to everyone!
