During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the company, and at night, the sofa becomes a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. The master bedroom will give you dreamy nights, with its comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. The possibility of parking a vehicle is included in a private car park located next to the apartment. This is an apartment equipped with the necessary basic kitchenware. The access to the apartment is free of architectural barriers (without steps) and is made directly from the street. Upon arrival, an access code will be provided that will allow you to open the entrance door. It has an entrance hall, a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00) with bed linen, and a full bathroom with a shower. It's fully equipped, with all the main kitchen facilities including a dishwasher, fridge and Italian coffee maker. There's also air conditioning, an iron, a bathroom with towels, a hairdryer and shower gel, as well as a TV and Wi-Fi (600 Mb fibre), the details of which are provided once the booking has been made. It does not have carbon monoxide alarm as it is not necessary, as the heating and kitchen services are electric. There is the possibility of providing the apartment with a high chair or travel cot if the guest needs it, but it is essential that they notify it by Airbnb message once the reservation is made. If you need any additional services to those exposed in the listing, please feel free to request it in case it is in our power to facilitate it or help you achieve it. The apartment is fully at the guest's disposal and all the items described on the website can be used, but guests cannot access the building's common areas, such as the interior courtyards or the roof terrace, or stay on the stair landings. Access can be done without a person waiting to open them, as being a separate access from the street and having a security box with key to the entrance can be accessed freely once the access code is provided. A door key set is provided inside the box at the entrance to the apartment. In case of loss, a surcharge of €35 will be charged to make a replacement copy. The apartment has internet (fiber of 600 mb) and television with USB port, in case you want to bring your own movies, as well as the DTT with the conventional channels in Spanish and SMARTV. Out of respect for other guests, parties or smoking are not allowed inside the apartment.
