Comfortable apartment for walking around Madrid. Being in an interior patio, it is very quiet despite being located on a street with great movement. The experience of cultural diversity in the Lavapiés neighborhood is very interesting. It was close to all the places we wanted to meet. Very good communication with Paula, impeccable sheets and towels, thank you!!

We stayed in this apartment for 11 days and found it to be a great apartment/house. In the Tetuán neighborhood with all the amenities at hand and direct transportation to the center and points of interest in Madrid. Flora and her son are super friendly, flexible with your needs and will help you with anything you need, always with a smile and from the heart. Regarding the apartment, it is very well equipped, everything you need in the kitchen as if it were your home. A small but super functional bathroom and a pretty good shower with pressure, hot water and different water outlet modes. It has a very practical and very comfortable patio to enjoy the sun, hang clothes, eat outside ... It has a large closet and everything you need to hang clothes, iron, clean, towels and plenty of sheets... A spacious living room with different very comfortable seats. You won't be cold or hot thanks to the heating that you can manage yourself. We recommend it 100%

The place has everything you need, it is very well located very easy to take public transport, the host is very friendly and responds quickly, the place was clean, the only thing is that it is on the third floor of the rest was everything was fine.

We had a great time at Maria‘s place for the tennis tournament, we were a group of 8 and the apartment was just right! The 5 bathrooms come in handy and the kitchen had everything needed for the group of us. Even though the apartment is a little outside of the center you get there in 15-20 minutes by metro. The neighborhood itself is a little rough, but never dangerous or anything. Overall, can def. Recommend staying there.

This place is located in the center of Madrid near wonderful restaurants with small parks for children. Everything we needed was in walking distance…. Market, restaurants, metro, etc… the home is very comfortable- with comfortable beds. The kitchen had the things we needed and you can do a load of laundry and she has a rack to hang dry. The home is located on a quiet street with limited traffic. There are darkening shutters to black out the rooms which is so wonderful for the late nights in Madrid! Noa responded immediately with any questions. As you can see in the photos there is not a ding table- but we almost always ate out. You will love this home if it meets the description you are looking for! We would stay here again!

Great quiet chalet located outside of the city center— close to the metro station making it easy to go to the city! Nacho was very friendly and responsive. Plenty of space for our group of 6.

The stay has been perfect, located in a quiet area, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby... close to the subway. Very clean and comfortable.

Everything went smoothly. The host gave us extremely detailed instructions making our check in very easy. The apartment was in great location just ten minutes from two metro lines in a very quiet neighbourhood. It smelled freshness and cleanliness. Very spacious for four people. The host was also kind enough to let us check in late without any extra fee. Thanks for a very comfortable day.

We were very comfortable. The comfortable apartment and the area is very quiet. Carlos and Claudia are very attentive to anything. Everything is excellent. When we have to come back in the area, we will definitely repeat.

The house is the residence of Victoria and her family, the house is perfect for large groups like ours in a very connected area to restaurants nearby and with scenery to walk. please consider that you can not have parties and the food in the kitchen is kept (even the oil, coffee and sugar), what they need to eat should bring it. the garden area is ideal and very nice and the kitchen is very comfortable to use.

We had a very pleasant stay, very clean small 2 bedroom apartment. Maria was very helpful & friendly. Overall good stay at Madrid at this AirB&B.

Everything was perfect, the stay was ideal for two people, with a very nice terrace and the studio perfectly equipped with everything, breakfast included with coffee maker, toast and biscuits. The site was very quiet and both super friendly guests, were attentive and willing to help at all times. Highly recommended

The accommodation is peaceful and pleasant. A Dia supermarket is just diagonally, very convenient and offering attractive prices. The bedroom is very comfortable, with a great mattress, which helps to feel the warm atmosphere of the house. The welcome was warm, with clear explanations, especially regarding access to the garage. The building is equipped with an elevator, which is very convenient for luggage.

I stayed in January, and the place was perfectly warm all the time - not just the room, but the bathroom and common areas too. I learned that in Spain that shouldn’t be taken for granted :) it’s almost right in front on a metro station, so easy to get around.

Truly enjoyable stay. The place is really comfortable, peaceful, quiet, private. We felt at home. The apartment is impeccably clean and everything we needed was there. The place has a unique character and is full of charming details. Fatima is very communicative, friendly, proactive and genuinely warm. She checked in with us often, offered great tips and was really nice! Everything about the trip exceeded our expectations. We would like to stay here again when we come back to Madrid!

Stayed at the apartment for a week with my family of three persons, and it was perfect choice for us. Very good location, easy to access and check in and unique style. Also Madrid is very cool place to visit. Martin was helpful and friendly host. Recommended.

Maria Victoria was a very kind and helpful host, who allowed me to leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out. Room as described, next to the host's apartment. The bathroom/kitchen is very clean and equipped with the essentials, including breakfast necessities or a quick meal. The location is great, close to buses and subways and a few minutes from Parque del Ritiro. Thanks!!
