Very bright and no noise. We have had a WORKSITE on the opposite block that has generated annoying noises during the week, since they do not work on weekends, but the City Council has informed us that they will end on October 18, 2025. Well connected, 5 minutes walk from the Retiro and 25 minutes walk from the Salamanca neighborhood. Buses 3 minutes from the house, Pacifico Line 1_Blue Metro stop and 15 minutes from Atocha station. Very close to the Salamanca neighbourhood and Retiro Park.
