Wonderful house with spectacular views. Very peaceful location. Would make sure to arrive in daylight on first visit as last stretch of the road up to the house meanders up a narrow and steep mountainous road without rails and luminous sign posting. Holger, is an efficient and responsive host with a good sense of humour.

We really enjoyed our stay at Franck's place! We loved sitting on the terrace enjoying the views of the ocean and the garden. Everything was as described and location was perfect for us!

Extremely beautiful place, is wonderfully private. Beautiful and large swimming pool in a lovely garden. The 4 bedroom villa inside the house and 3 bathrooms is particularly tastefully decorated. Outside there are 2 more bedrooms + bathroom. Kitchen is equipped with enough crockery/pans/cutlery, etc. Ideal that there is a washing machine. A lot of use was made of the BBQ with the cozy table. Were there with 10 people (2 small children) but because of the size of the house, everyone still had their private place. Located close to the shops (Lidl/Aldi) and to the sights.

Very nice property to stay at, 10 people for a 4 night get away was very comfortable, property was amazing, rems were very helpful and responsive straight away, very easy check in and soon as villa was ready they let us in and hour and half early, 10 out of 10, highly recommend and definitely be back at some time, thanks

This is a lovely house with fantastic views. It is a perfect place to stay if you want peace and relaxation. The house is well equipped and has everything you need. You obviously need to drive everywhere and it is important to follow Maria’s directions or you can end up on less good roads. I would love to return.

We were 2 families with 3 kids who spent a week in this fantastic place. the kids loved it and it has everything you can think of. Angela was very helpful, responsive and made time for us even when we checked in on the Christmas-eve. Since we had rented a car we thought this was very convienient as it is close to the motor way. There were bus stations very close by too but I can't say much about it. This is definitely a place we would come back to and a fantastic place to be. The pool was a bit cold for us during December but I can't imagine how great that would be in summer. Also, the street parking is free and abundantly available.

Sebastian's a great host. He's been very helpfu and replying swiftly to any question I've had. The apartment is clean and spacious. It's located at the edge of Marbella's old town and the center of it as well as the promenade and beach are only a short walk away.

We had a great New Year's Eve. The house is very nice and special. The decor, the bar, the garden, the details, the spaces themselves make it unique. Bravo! Mike was really nice to us. Definitely highly recommended. Thank you very much.

A great place, we really enjoyed our time at the villa, we were comfortable and happy to spend time there. The music sound system was great along with the garden, hammock and the hot tub and fantastic sea views. The house itself had everything we would have wanted and was clean and everything worked well.

José’s place is great! I would definitely come back. I stayed there with my family, including my 7months old baby. Very well equipped for a baby - and her bed was made upon arrival :) There were more than enough clean towels and sheets. My aunt slept on the couch and it didn’t feel crammed as there are 2 couches. The location is great - right on the water and very quiet. We visited a couple pf places on the costa del sol and Fuengirola was our favorite. It was also easy to find free parking on the street.

Wonderful long term stay in the apartment. Had plenty of kids toys and reserved parking right below was easy access in and out. Great location, walking distance to Parque Paloma and Arroyo de la Miel. Thank you for allowing us in your home!

Amazing everything! The accommodation is very comfortable, VERY COMPLETE and is as reflected in the publication, in addition to having a very good location. It is perfectly equipped for a vacation without having to worry about anything. Arrival and communication instructions also made it easier, with super quick response and helpful tips. We came as a family of six and were received courteously and openly by Eugenio Luis. In the upper suite we all found good space and were able to use both terraces and the pool due to the magnificent weather. The quiet location in the well-kept residential area was very pleasant and the sea was only a 15-minute walk away. We reached all our destinations well from Rincón de la Victoria, and we take advantage of the opportunity to relax on site. Eugenio, thank you for this wonderful stay!

Paul and Yani were nothing but helpful and responsive throughout. We stayed with our 3 young children who are 2 year old twins and 7 years old. They all had an absolute blast with plenty of space to play. It was safe to let the children play without worrying. Any questions to Paul or minor problems were rectified in more than reasonable timing. Wouldn't hesitate to book another stay again which we hope to do in the future.
