Auf den zwei Balkonen - Süden und Westen – oder dem großzugigen Garten können Sie den Abend oder das Wochenende genießen. Ein Stellplatz im nahegelegenen Nachbargrundstück erspart Ihnen die Parkplatzsuche. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Located in the village of Bammental, about 9 km from Heidelberg, in a quiet, residential area. Suitable for 4–5 guests, it is a 5 min walk to the train (20 min to Heidelberg). Nearby attractions include Heidelberg Castle, the Technik Museums in Sinsheim and Speyer, Sinsheim Badewelt, Heidelberg Clinics, and Hockenheim Ring. Shops, bakery, organic food store, pharmacy, restaurants, cycle paths and woods are close by. Very close to the Bergstraße with castles, vineyards, and wine villages.

Traumhaftes wohnen in einer Denkmalgeschützen Villa in Innenstadtlage. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Denkmalgeschützen Jugendstilvilla in direkter Zentrumsnähe der Innenstadt Speyer. Es stehen zwei Parkplätze im Innenhof kostenlos zur Verfügung. Die Villa liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Nachbarschaft umgeben von weiteren Villen und denkmalgeschützen Gebäuden wie u.a. Die ehemalige Filzfabrik Hess. Der Wohnort von Friedrich Hess selbst war genau diese Villa.

The Auto and Technik Museum and the Rhein-Neckar Arena in Sinsheim are also only a few km away. Heidelberg, Mannheim or the Palatinate with all its sights are quickly reached.

This bright, cozy accommodation is located in Schlierbach, which belongs to Lindenfels, perfect location to reach the surrounding excursion destinations. A parking space with 11 kW charging station is available for your arrival by car. Shopping facilities are 3 minutes away by car. I will be at your disposal for more information. Approximately 500 m on foot from the apartment there is a Kneipp facility where you can relax your feet after long walks.

There is a beautiful outdoor area with cozy seating areas, playground, campfire area, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for pottery, a piano in the 45 sqm kitchen. Excellent living climate due to wood/clay construction.
