On the same street there are numerous restaurants, cafes, bakeries and the tourist information office. Parking is NOT available at your doorstep, as it is a small side street. Costly parking garage, 300 m away. Great views of the Neckar from every floor. Completely renovated in November 2018. Daylight bathrooms, Wi-Fi, super equipped kitchen with egg and water cooker., microwave, flat-screen TV, (USB, CD, DVD, Blu-ray)

The cozy and beautiful 2-room apartment can accommodate 1-3 people The location of the apartment is within walking distance of the city center, market square, town hall, castle, Blühendes Barock, fairy tale garden, train station, MHP Arena, forum, film academy, wine bars, bistros, restaurants. In just a 13-minute walk you can reach the Ludwigsburg train station, whose trains take you to Stuttgart every 10 minutes. Depending on the train, you need between 10-17 minutes to Stuttgart Central Station. Our guests have the apartment to themselves.

130 sqm bright, generously sized apartment in a quiet residential area. Underfloor heating, electric shutters, space for 10 people. Open dining and living area with spacious kitchen (equipped) and balcony. Bedroom with adjoining bathroom (shower, bathtub, toilet). Separate guest toilet! Shower room in the basement. Loft-like attic with 2 sofa beds, 1 S-chair, double bed and workstation. Ludwigsburg city centre is easily accessible by car and bus in 10 minutes. Pets/children welcome:)

Die 66m²-Wohnung ist freundlich, hell und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet: WLAN, TV-Flachbildschirm, komplett ausgestattete Küche, begehbare Dusche , separates WC. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Endreinigung sind inklusive. Die Ferienwohnung ist barrierefrei und somit auch für Gäste mit körperlichen Einschränkungen bestens geeignet. Auch für unsere kleinen Gäste gibt es viel Raum zum Spielen und Entdecken.

2-room apartment, cozy as home

A bright apartment with balcony on the first floor of an apartment building. A carport is available. The village is quiet and green, good for bike rides and walks. Good transport connections: A81 approx. 3.5 km, Marbach am Neckar 4 km, Ludwigsburg 10 km, Stuttgart 25 km. S-Bahn from Marbach to Stuttgart via Ludwigsburg. A playground is right next door. A bakery (max. 5 min walk) and also other shopping (DM, Kaufland, Lidl etc.). Feel at home. :-) Enjoy!

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
