Just passing for one night, great apartment (looks bigger than in the photos). A very good night of quiet time!

Karene and Jean-Pascal give all the necessary information and respond to different requests very quickly and with great kindness. The house is spacious, pleasant and warm inside and out. Comfortable and peaceful, there was absolutely nothing missing for our stay and everything is perfectly indicated/organized. This is really a place to recommend both for a holiday stay, and in our case for a business trip.

I confirm the distance of approx. 15min walk to Futuroscope Park, which was very convenient. The check-in explanations and instructions were clear. Pleasant communication. We had a 2-day stay at Celine's place, and everything was spotless! Celine is very welcoming and her place is perfect for a couple without children. We were able to do everything on foot and were able to spend an evening at the pictave guinguette that I recommend! Thanks to Céline for her flexible welcome and kindness!

Very nice apartment, and above all extremely clean, it smells good when you arrive. Plenty of parking around the apartment. Just over 5 minutes from Fontenay-le-Comte circuit, this is perfect for getting there.

3 nights in this very welcoming, pleasant accommodation and ideally located for a stay at futuroscope. Everything is very well thought out, plenty of storage, comfortable living room and beds, many amenities, quiet environment. pity that the weather didn't allow us to eat outside. thank you for the little attention.

We stayed at Christophe's place for one night (the day before our 2 days at Futuroscope). Easy to access , clean and very well equipped, spacious. We were quiet. My kids loved the little touches, thank you. Very close on foot to the parks, we regret not having booked with Christophe for the additional nights because we were better settled there than at the park hotel... We recommend it.

Accommodation as advertised. The location is ideal for the futuroscope tour. Communication with Wahid is easy and excellent. It's an apartment that I highly recommend.
