In De Bergend, you can unwind completely after a day of activities in Drenthe. Centrally located near Assen, the city of Groningen is 30 minutes away and close to the villages of Orvelte and Westerbork. The house features a modern kitchen with built-in appliances, modernized bathroom, fireplace in the living room, 2 bedrooms upstairs and a garden all around where you can enjoy the starry sky at night. The park facilities can be used during the day, such as the indoor pool.

Our chalet has a wonderfully spacious terrace with multiple seats/hammock spots. If you want, you can sit in the sun until noon. There is also a lot of natural shade because it is on the forest edge, because it is the last chalet on a dead end. This also allows you to be completely private. Present: Crib. The chalet is located on a quiet campground with swimming pool and cozy canteen. From the property you can walk/cycle into nature. You can completely relax there.

In a beautifully located location on the edge of the tourist village of Appelscha, there are these 2 cozy wooden houses that are furnished for you with taste and attention. The cottages have all the comforts. Toilet is in the cottages and for showering is a separate sanitary building. The cottages are just steps away from the Drents- Frisian forest where it is fantastic cycling and hiking. At the cottages is a canopy with BBQ place where you can eat outside.

A nice cottage where you have complete privacy without being completely closed off from the outside world. You walk up the sand path for a walk or you take the bike for one of the fantastic cycling routes. For the golf enthusiast, the Golf Course of Tiendeveen is just around the corner. Or do you want to shop? Within five minutes you are in the shopping street of Hoogeveen. But also relaxing or giving our horses a pay is one of the possibilities.

B&B Schoonloo: cozy cottage

Right in the heart of Drenthe, against the Hondsrug, lies the wooded Schoonloo. In this beautiful village is our farmhouse. Our 4-person guesthouse ('the 'cottage') is the ideal base for hiking or cycling in the woods around Schoonloo or exploring the beautiful surroundings. The cottage is on the same floor and has 3 fine terraces. The Pieterpad stage to and from Schoonloo starts and ends next to our farm. Best regards, and see you soon!
