Have you always wanted to stay on an estate with a special family history? Then come to Landgoed Overcingel. Experience the tranquility and space, which was normal then, in a modern guise. In 2024, this estate was transferred from a centuries-old family tradition to the Drenths landscape. Partly in order to preserve the estate, it has been decided to partly convert this into an atmospheric B&B Come stay with the cozy hostess who welcomes you and makes your stay as comfortable as possible.

Guesthouse The Golden Island

Het Gouden Eiland is located in the annex of a beautiful city villa on the outskirts of the historic village center of Parkstad Veendam. This neighborhood is known as Het Gouden Eiland, a villa neighborhood with houses built in the period 1910-1930. Het Gouden Eiland is in a quiet leafy neighborhood with tall oak trees and wide streets. The apartment has a private entrance, patio with seating, kitchen, shower with toilet, king-size bed (2x 90/210) and is luxuriously finished.

A little shack.

Next to our monumental farm in the yard, this small accommodation is located to spend the night simply and not too expensive. Plumbing and a common area are located on the farm. The yard is adjacent to the Nienoord estate. Here you can hike and bike. The village is 2 minutes walking distance. A village where you can enjoy shopping and in the evening have a choice of several restaurants. The city of Groningen is by car 15 min away/bike 1 hour and by public transport 20 min.

B&B Loft-13 is a cozy, luxury B&B on the border of Friesland and Groningen. Unwind and relax in your own sauna and wood-fired hot tub (optional/reservation). Excellent base for wonderful cycling and hiking trips. As well as business overnight stays, as you are a 5-minute drive from the A-7 towards various major cities. We provide a luxurious, varied breakfast, using fresh local products and of course the fresh free-range eggs from our own chickens

Vrij parkeren op straat. 30 Min rijden naar Groningen, Assen, Emmen. Het winkelcentrum van Stadskanaal ligt 4.6 km verderop, de Spar 3 km.

"Character" was born out of our way of thinking; "making something BEAUTIFUL out of NOTHING" We have revived the former barn and completely renovated it so that our guests can enjoy a rural atmosphere in a very green environment with nice trips everywhere in the vicinity. It Ko Huske is a bed and breakfast on the border of Friesland and Groningen. Enjoy a comfortable and fully furnished 2-room apartment with its own front door, kitchen, bathroom and various terraces to sit outside for a while. You can book the B&B for a weekend away, but also as a pied-a-terre for a business and/or longer stay, this apartment is ideal. You will feel right at home!

Plenty of opportunities to spend time outside the house privately.
