Quiet, at the edge of the pine forest, you can enjoy the pool from June to October if the weather permits. The ocean is about 6 km away, a bike path takes you there, 500 m from the studio. The town center and its shops are 1.5 km away but 100 m away, across the street you will find Florian the market gardener and his good garden produce as well as regional products.

Mimizan Beach House

This family accommodation is conveniently located between the beaches and local shops. The nearest beaches are a five-minute walk. Enjoy the benefits of the village of Mimizan beach which is a six-minute walk away without any inconvenience. The cycling routes are all nearby. You can do anything on foot or by bike. In case of heavy seas, there is a fallback solution to the beaches of the current, ideal for young children and other water activities.
