Forget your worries in this beautiful place, located next to the owner's house but totally independent. Quiet, at the edge of the pine forest, you can enjoy the pool from June to October if the weather permits. The ocean is about 6 km away, a bike path takes you there, 500 m from the studio. The town center and its shops are 1.5 km away but 100 m away, across the street you will find Florian the market gardener and his good garden produce as well as regional products.

80 m2 single-story townhouse, 1 floor for the sleeping area. On the ground floor, living room, fully equipped kitchen overlooking a large terrace. You are 30 meters from the ocean with these beautiful beaches, the forest right next door. To reach the center, or restaurant, bar... a ten-minute walk...
