BEAUTIFUL 1 BEDROOM FLAT HEART OF THE OLD TOWN

You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Access to the beach is via a small footbridge at the edge of the forest, the surf school is just at the end. Behind the building, the bike path can take you to the lake or the village. A 5-minute walk away you will find the pedestrian street with its restaurants, bars, shops, entertainment and delicious ice cream. It's a bright, cozy and calm apartment. Family Escape - Pool, Garden & Ocean

This 80m2 house is located South beach, 100m from the current and bike paths, on a wooded lot of 800m2 to enjoy a pleasant exposure whatever the season and time of the day. The house dating back to the '60s was intentionally preserved in part “in its juice” for a “holiday home” spirit. So it shows signs of the weather. However, we have made sure to give them all the comforts they need for a refreshing stay.
