We have stayed here before and felt at home. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a comfortable lounge for relaxing in.

We had a lovely time at Rico's place. It was easy to find and very well appointed. We especially loved the barbecue. Only the actual proximity to the water left something to be desired. Due to its location in a residential area, the adjacent lake was not quite easy to reach. But since the weather didn't play along anyway, that wasn't bad for us. Glad to come back!

The stay in the Havelhäuschen was very nice all around. The communication in advance was perfect (very friendly and open), the check-in easy, the house well equipped and lovingly furnished. And it is located directly on the Berlin-Copenhagen cycle path😊!!! If the weather had played along, we would have jumped directly into the Havel, paddled around with the SUP and ended the day comfortably in the garden. Instead, we were at the delicious Italian place around the corner!

I stayed with my family in Michael’s place and it was a great experience. We really didn’t want to leave. It was definitely one of the best apartments I've stayed in.

I had the pleasure of staying at this great place during the 50th Berlin Marathon in this great place. The apartment is tastefully decorated, very cozy and absolutely clean. The location was perfect for enjoying both the marathon and the city. The S-Bahn was an easy walk away. The host was friendly and helpful. Overall it was a fantastic experience – I'd love to come back and highly recommend this place!

As a group of 4 friends, we had a lovely time in this flat. Place is clean, well organized and well connected. Only comment is that the check in arrangement with the box left in a playground in a bush (where dogs pee!) was not the best. However the way that Steph explained it to us was very clear. Might be worth considering other easier and cleaner options!

For my purposes, an internship at BER Airport, super suitable (20 min by car). Super quiet environment with beautiful location on the lake, ideal for running or taking a walk. The room and bathroom were very clean and the amenities were very good. The only thing that was missing a bit (due to the size of the room also difficult to implement) was a slightly larger (clothes) closet or storage space. Communication with the landlords and also the neighbors was super nice.

It was one of the best AirBnB accommodations we've ever had!!! A fantastically developed houseboat. Insanely big! And the location was heavenly. 10 minutes to the S-Bahn. In 20 minutes in the center... Here you can see that the host has created a little treasure with a lot of time and love. There was nothing missing. We had everything from a perfectly equipped kitchen to a large dining table with a cozy living area. In addition, 2 bathrooms and a sauna... What more could you ask for?!? And all this in the middle of the Spree :D Thanks for a great stay at your place!

I booked the Airbnb for my mother. She was really excited about the coziness and tranquility. You can't expect much more. Top amenities and very stylish furnishings. Viola and her husband were very friendly. I highly recommend to stay.

The accommodation is very well equipped, clean, bright and comfortable. Mikki and her husband are always ready to help. We appreciated the proximity to shops and the metro line U to Berlin. We highly recommend this listing.

The very nice and equipped apartment with all the extras is located in a quiet residential area. Shops such as bakery and a supermarket are just across the street and also excursion destinations, such as the Zeuthener See, with good restaurants, are within walking distance via beautiful hiking trails. Communication as well as check in/out were perfect. On the large balcony, we enjoyed wonderful evenings. We'll be happy to come back.

We stayed 3 nights in Robert's magical cabin. For us 2 nature lovers with dog who are looking for peace and relaxation outside the city, it was absolutely perfect. The small property exudes a lot of charm and coziness with the pond, whirlpool and lighting. However, if you imagine a luxury apartment, you will be disappointed by the creative upcycling accommodation.... However, we felt right at home here. As a host, Robert is very friendly and accommodating, always available for questions (and has not disturbed our occasional dog from time to time).

We had a wonderful few days at this Airbnb. The entire property invites you to relax and unwind, in the garden there were numerous seating and lounging facilities. The communication was great, it was also no problem to rent bicycles on site. The Airbnb was easily accessible by car and you were within a few minutes walk at Lake Bötz. Would always recommend this Airbnb!

What a wonderful stay in nature and close to the city, both Potsdam and Berlin. Enjoyed in Philine's cozy house with all the comforts. During our stay had very good advice from Philine about our visiting the marathon.

We had a very nice relaxing stay at the property. Everything was as described and the property and garden are very nice. You can watch a lot of birds and squirrels. There are also nice opportunities for walks in the area. Cool drinks were provided for us upon our arrival, which was very thoughtful and super nice. The sauna is of course also great.

Lovely little cabin in the forest. Ernst-Friedrich is a super nice and accommodating host. The stay was great! I will gladly stay again. 😊

We stayed for a weekend in the garden house and it was just fantastic. The arrival as well as the contact with Anne was super easy. The garden house is quietly located in the garden, it is perfect for unwinding and enjoying tranquility. It is the perfect size, was clean, cozy and everything important is there. Within walking distance there are several shops, a bakery as well as a small organic shop with cafe. Nature is in the immediate vicinity and whether you prefer to relax on the lake or walk through the forest, everyone will get their money's worth. We enjoyed the days and highly recommend it!
