Nur ca. 7 Minuten von der S- und U-Bahn Station "Wuhletal" entfernt ist Berlin-Kaulsdorf,bis vor 100 Jahren ein Dorf,nun einer der grünsten Ortsteile der City.Hier ist Dein großzügiges Reihenendhaus in einer kleinen Hofanlage mit Villa, Reihenhaus mit 6 Parteien,den Carports, großem Garten und Zugang zu einem Feld,wo man eine ausgedehnte Joggingtour machen kann. Ins Stadtzentrum kommt man schnell. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 600 m entfernt,weitere in etwa 1 km.Biomarkt 2 km/1 U Bahn-Station.

Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Somit kann auch eine private Bootstour durch Berlin jederzeit bei mir gebucht werden.
