Cozy 2-room apartment in a historic building

The cozy apartment is located in a recently renovated, listed building, which belongs to a small two-sided courtyard. Natural building materials and materials were used, old beams and doors convey authenticity. The train station and the historic old town of Meissen are within walking distance. The Elbe Cycle Path is 150 meters away. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity. The neighborhood is quiet and very green due to the many trees.

Blue surprise

The apartment has one bedroom, a kitchen-living room and a bathroom. The bedroom overlooking the garden is very bright and friendly through two windows. There is a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a 140 bed. The bathroom with window has a bathtub, 80 liters of hot water and a shower curtain. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a ceramic stovetop with oven. It is equipped with pots and dishes. A dining table, couch and pantry are also available.

Apartment cottage

Small but fully equipped apartment in the holiday house Börnchen on about 30 m² surface. The bathroom and the living/sleeping area is equipped with floor heating. Our cottage is situated in the centre of the Osterzgebirge. Well-known excursion destinations can be reached in a short time by car. (Dresden, Elbe Sandstone Mountains, Saxon Switzerland, Bohemian Switzerland, Soap, Freiberg, Altenberg, Glashütte und Prag e.t.c.)

Vacation home in a nature reserve & close to the city

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water. In the charming part "Leubnitz-Neuostra" of Dresden you can find this cozy room and a beautiful garden. The room will be situated in the basement together with a kitchen and a bathroom. While the area is quite calm you have a direct connection into the city-center.
