You have a self-contained apartment / 40 m² on the ground floor. The terrace invites you to linger. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2 × 2 m and can be used as a 3rd bed. Billiards, darts, etc. are available for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elbe cycle path, only 400 m away, invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. Schlupfwinkel - small, cozy, - ideal for relaxing The small house is located above Hainichen on the outskirts of the city. From the sun-drenched balcony, you have a beautiful view of the center of the city and can enjoy the sublime location in the evening at sunset. On foot it takes about 5 minutes to the center. Directly behind the house, nature begins with fields, meadows and trees. If you get up early, you can watch wild deer right at the garden fence with a bit of luck.

Quiet furnished apartment "Little Italy"

The flat consists of an entrance hall, a bathroom, a bedroom, a kitchen and a cellar. In the entrance hall there is a built-in wardrobe with a compartment for clothes and several shelves for spare clothes and linen. There is also a clothes horse, a ladder and a hoover. There is a double bed in the room. The flat is therefore suitable for a single person or a couple. The centre is within easy walking distance. The bus stop is right on the corner of the building.

In the living/bedroom there is a double bed, which can be set up separately. There are also two sleeping chairs. These can be converted into a sofa bed in a few seconds. Our entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. The kitchen contains a refrigerator with freezer, an electric stove (4 hotplates) with oven and a lot more. In the bathroom there is a shower. When the weather is nice, you can relax on the terrace.
