The 70 m² apartment is located on the ground floor in a quiet, idyllic location on our three-sided courtyard. From the living room you enter the terrace. You can hike through the vineyards in 15 minutes and reach the Seußlitzer Schloß. The Elbe Cycle Path is only 400 m away from us. Parking for cars as well as the use of 2 bicycles are free of charge. This also applies to the storage of your bikes and the associated charging station. Moritzburg, Meissen and Dresden are great places to visit.

Schlupfwinkel - small, cozy, - ideal for relaxing The small house is located above Hainichen on the outskirts of the city. From the sun-drenched balcony, you have a beautiful view of the center of the city and can enjoy the sublime location in the evening at sunset. On foot it takes about 5 minutes to the center. Directly behind the house, nature begins with fields, meadows and trees. If you get up early, you can watch wild deer right at the garden fence with a bit of luck.

In the living/bedroom there is a double bed, which can be set up separately. There are also two sleeping chairs. These can be converted into a sofa bed in a few seconds. Our entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. The kitchen contains a refrigerator with freezer, an electric stove (4 hotplates) with oven and a lot more. In the bathroom there is a shower. When the weather is nice, you can relax on the terrace.
