The apartment is located in Dresden-Löbtau. Within walking distance you can reach lots of shopping, restaurants and public transport in a few minutes, with which you are in the city center in 10-15 minutes.

Cozy apartment on the quiet outskirts – ideal for families with children. The charming house from before 1900 offers historical flair, but is partly noisy. Surrounded by meadows and fields, you can enjoy rural idyll with plenty of space to play and relax. Freiberg and the Erzgebirge are within easy reach – perfect for excursions, hiking or winter sports. The apartment is on the ground floor, above which a tenant lives. I am available any time. Spring is finally back! The wagon stands on the edge of the forest with views of hilly meadows. The birds will cheerfully chirp you early in the morning and the forest lake will call the brave to a morning swim (12 min walk). You'll sit on the terrace all day, watching nature awaken, making campfires, chilling out – and perhaps letting the many impressions reverberate. Since civilisation is 2.5 km away, you should go shopping beforehand. Irritable is the new organic!

Our apartment "Silencio" is located in the municipality of Amtsberg, on the northern edge of the Erzgebirge. The modern furnishings and unique location, surrounded by nature, invite you to relax. The apartment is located on a large property. Our home offers the ideal starting point for a variety of activities, such as hiking, cycling, city trips, swimming and skiing. In addition to Chemnitz, the two largest cities in Saxony, Leipzig and Dresden, are easily accessible.

Nearby there are many good viewing platforms from which you can see a wonderful view over parts of the Osterz Mountains.

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.

A soapstone oven for the winter and a small terrace in summer will bring you into the well-deserved feel-good mode. There is room for 3 people.
