Our apartment "Schwalbennest" is a charming two-room apartment with entrance area, living/dining room, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower on approx. 40 square meters of living space. A spiral staircase leads to the sleeping area in the gallery with double bed and sofa bed. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in a hillside location, a few hundred meters next to the Hochrheinradweg and about 12 minutes walk from the train station and the picturesque old town of Laufenburg.

In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away. The apartment is modernly designed, as the whole house was completely renovated in 2019/2020. The TV has satellite TV and can be connected to an Android phone via a Google Chromecast Stick (e.g. for streaming Netflix, etc.).

Our quietly located and lovingly modernized farmhouse is embedded in a 4000 sqm large varied terrain, on which our horses also occasionally romp. The two apartments - ideal for two people each - are cleverly designed by hand. With lots of natural wood, to feel completely comfortable, they are bright and friendly. A wide window front, spoiled by the sun, reveals the VIEW through BIRCH TREES into our natural garden.
