Spacious cottage on Lake Starnberg (400 m) in the south of Tutzing. Very quiet location in idyllic garden with pond and stream (therefore not suitable for children). First floor: living and dining room, terrace, kitchen, toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, balcony. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom, bathroom, balcony. Nearby: lake, beach, shopping center, inn, beer garden, beautiful bike paths. From the train station (2 km): Train to Munich; Train for mountain hiking and skiing to Garmisch, Mittenwald, Oberammergau.

Newly-renovated house with garden, fireplace, BBQ, Wifi & 3 TV's. You will enjoy the modern bright deco and vues on the mountains and Lech river in a very cozy ambiance. The local infrastructure is second-to-none with all the amenities you could wish for within walking distance including supermarkets, restaurants, river bathing and cross-country skiing. Located a mere 20 kms from the Austrian border, major skiing resorts are nearby and our very own Neuschwanstein Castle only a 20-minute drive.

The elegantly furnished, light-flooded, large house for children aged 6 and over (272 sqm) is located 700 m from the lake, very idyllic, quiet, green, but centrally next to a beautiful forest. 5 - 6 rental bikes included (27 - 21 gears, 1 new e-bike), table tennis table, table football, fitness room with rowing machine, bike trainer, abdominal trainer, dumbbells and a wonderful, hidden garden. Enjoy life in this accommodation right next to supermarkets and 1 km from the city center and S-Bahn.

The place is a unique experience! But: If you are looking for comfort, perfection or a modern, clean and functional place to stay, you will be disappointed here and should therefore NOT read on (there are more suitable offers for this). . But if you are looking for a unique house with lots of charm and history, and do not mind that it attracts that the window gets stuck and crumbles here as the plaster, you should definitely read on and visit the "house on the hill".

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

Great small architect house 90sqm with charm and a dreamy garden in an idyllic location, close to the natural Ammersee, which is suitable for various water sports activities. The house is situated in one of the most beautiful areas around Munich. The worth seeing cities of Munich, Landsberg and Weilheim are easily accessible as well as the mountains, Lake Starnberg and King Ludwig Schlösser. The Bad Wörrishofen Therme is perfect for wellness.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish space. The house, built in 1898 and 2023 lovingly restored by us, is quiet and in the middle of a rural environment. Cycling and hiking trails await you, alpine sports, but also cultural treasures such as Neuschwanstein Castle or the Wieskirche nearby. In the evening, end comfortably over a glass of wine at one of the (3) open fireplaces or enjoy Bavarian specialties in one of the surrounding inns.

The hostess lives in the basement with her own shower room. Only the kitchen is intended for shared use.
