Absolutely loved staying at Courtney’s place. Gorgeous apartment in a perfect building. Loved the location. Walkable to so many things. Quiet street. Felt safe. Building staff was terrific. And Courtney was wonderful about any questions I had. Highly recommended!

Shawn and Cali's place is FANTASTIC. It's clean, comfortable, spacious, and had everything I needed. It's walkable to several lovely restaurants and bars, and convenient to everything in East Nashville. Best of all, it's just steps from Shelby Park where tons of trails await. Shawn and Cali were so responsive and conscientious, and truly made my stay a joy. Highly recommend!

My daughter and I stayed at Frances and Stuart’s Airbnb for 2 months while we looked for a place to live permanently in Nashville. It was a perfect fit. Just like a downstairs apartment, close to downtown and walking distance from several trendy spots. They were very accommodating and kind, but let us have our privacy. Great price for what you get. Definitely recommend!

The place was so peaceful to take a personal break. It has an amazing kitchen and closed outdoor space. It had everything I needed to have quiet moments. The location is not too far to main road that have restaurants and not far of a drive to other attractions.
