On the 2nd floor of a 600-year-old house is the cozy apartment located 5 minutes' walking distance from the picturesque old town. The nearest grocery store is even closer. From the window and balcony you can see the mountains in the south as in the north and in front of them the mighty trees of a large garden, in between the road, the wall and our garden. By car, you can reach the free parking lot on the edge of the Hall Valley, part of the largest nature park in Austria, the Karwendel, in about 10 minutes.

My accommodation is 42 sqm and is relatively centrally located. Bus connection in front of the door, 10 min to the center, quiet location. You'll love my place because of the location and surroundings. My place is good for couples, solo travellers, and business travellers. You will get the Welcomcard Innsbruck from me for the visitor's tax.
