Quiet, stylish accommodation in the middle of the Tyrolean mountains. The apartment is newly equipped and rustic elements such as the wood-burning stove from Uroma or the Tyrolean parlor ensure coziness and special vacation hours. The view of the mountains and fresh mountain air ensure immediate relaxation. The surroundings offer beautiful moments and all kinds of possibilities in both summer and winter. The central location is particularly appreciated (about 5 km from Wattens and the highway).

The apartment is located in the village center of Völs, just 2 minutes from a grocery store and the bus stop to the center of Innsbruck. There is a hiking trail behind the house. The Cyta shopping center is also within walking distance, fantastic ski areas are in the immediate vicinity. Bright large studio in a quiet neighbourhood and central location. Within 10min walking distance you'll find groceries stores, train station, restaurants and city center. The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays.
