Everything is perfect, the apartment is delicious. Congratulations on the decor, it's in a great location, we had a really great stay, Giancarlo is an exquisite person.

The apartment is beautiful and well-equipped. The location is very good as it is located directly on the beach. Good restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The host answered all questions quickly and easily, as well as gave many tips.

We really enjoyed our stay in Nettuno! The view from the balcony was breathtaking und it was super close to the beach! The Appartement was really clean and cozy!

The apartment corresponded exactly to the photos and was very welcoming. The host's daughter was concerned and very friendly. The central location is perfect for exploring the city on foot – everything is very close. The apartment is well-equipped and has all the necessary utensils needed for a comfortable stay. The windows are well insulated, which creates a quiet atmosphere, apart from the sounds that come from the adjacent pub for young people. In the summer it can get quite noisy there, which could be a bit disruptive for sensitive ears. i recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a central location and a friendly hostess!

The place was great. The location was perfect to restaurants , shopping and beach. The host even picked us up at the airport when we arrived :-).

This place was perfect! A few minutes walk to the beach with great restaurants and evening entertainment nearby. The pool is fantastic. Hot tub and sauna very relaxing. Only advice bring a beach towel as they are not provided. Would love to stay here again everything was top notch!!

Enrico was very accommodating and nice and was always available if we had any questions. We felt very comfortable with him. The surroundings were very quiet (probably also because it was out of season). Everything in the residential complex is a bit outdated, but that doesn't detract from the feel-good factor. There are many shops within walking distance. Enrico's pizza oven is a real highlight. That's a real Italian way of life. For the price, the place is highly recommended. A little something has bothered us. Outside the gated community and especially the path to the beach and on the beach it was very dirty.. there was trash everywhere. Maybe it was because we were there outside of the Italian holiday season. Downtown Rome can be reached in an hour by car and if you get there early, there are also many cheap parking options along the Tiber. Thanks Enrico for the nice relaxed two weeks.

We enjoyed our stay a lot! The highlights - pool and jacuzzi ! And great beach nearby with self school - my teenage kids were happy and busy. We also made a day trip to Rome ( around 1 hour drive). Overall really pleasant stay, great host- highly recommended

The apartment was very spacious, quiet and comfortable :). The kitchen had everything what you need, terrace is huuuge. Gulio is very nice and helpful, responds quickly and put a smile on your face :). He was super helpful with recommendations of restaurants and places to visit. I would consider this place to go one more time when I visit Anzio :). We felt well taken care of there. I recommend!

We had an incredible stay at Gloria's place! It was the perfect fit for our group of 11, with a quiet location and easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it a breeze to cook up pasta and enjoy it al fresco with stunning sea views.

It is a beautiful house, furnished with a lot of love for detail. It really looks like the pictures. Due to the many seating options in the garden, you could sit somewhere different every time. The beds are fantastic and ensure very good rest. The beach is very close. We felt very comfortable.

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!

We were excited about the delightful, clean and cozy structure. I highly recommend it to all types of families to stay in tranquility and serenity, we will definitely be back!

What a location! Right on the beach which is great with kids. Public parking directly on the street of the apartment. Street, however, is the access to the beach, so be careful and park your car near the wall. There are some good restaurants in the area, but the walk is about 20-30 minutes. But it didn't bother us. The location directly on the beach means that there are also people on the beach in the evening, which occasionally brings with it a certain level of noise. Hardly any foreign tourists on site, but many warm and nice Italians. We loved it.

I had a great stay at Giorgias “Terrazza sul Mare”. Communication with the host was very uncomplicated and friendly. I was allowed to do my check-out a little later. The sound of the sea and the hustle and bustle on the beach is a highlight. The accommodation is small, clean and simple but leaves nothing to be desired. Kitchen utensils, hot water and beach equipment are also available, even bicycles. By bike you can get to Anzio or Nettuno in about 10 minutes. There are many restaurants and bars for all budgets. An absolute recommendation from me. Top!

We had a great stay, the place is absolutlly fantastic with amazing view first line at the beach,amazing sunset, super clean , huge teraces and the host very responsive and friendly. The apartament is equiped with everithing that you need and even more. Walking distance there are a lot of great restaurants ,shops , supermarkets and a lot of things to do. For sure its a place where you feel like home so we trully recomend it and we will come again as soon as we can . We even received beers, wather and a lot of drinks . Thank you so much Joseph and for your father also ! Keep the great work that you do! Its amazing when you meet people and places like this !

The apartment absolutely corresponds to the photos and is very cozy, the roof terrace is very nice, the first day we only swing between stand and apartment. On the second day we looked at Anzio, because of the season, at the end of October, was closed a lot. At the stand, by chance, we found a restaurant where we ate 2m from the water for evenings, fantastic.

It was a short but intense stay, really impeccable, apartment managed and cared for in every detail, a really super helpful host. Great location for walking around as well. I really don't have anything to complain about, when I came back I would definitely know where to stay.
