Die Wohnung ist schön und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, da diese sich direkt am Strand befindet. Gute Restaurants befinden sich in direkter Umgebung. Die Gastgeberin hat auf alle Fragen schnell und unkompliziert geantwortet, sowie viele Tips gegeben.

We really enjoyed our stay in Nettuno! The view from the balcony was breathtaking und it was super close to the beach! The Appartement was really clean and cozy!

Das Appartment entsprach genau den Fotos und war sehr einladend. Die Tochter der Gastgeberin war besorgt und sehr freundlich. Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt, um die Stadt zu Fuss zu erkunden – alles ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt über alle notwendigen Utensilien, die man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert, was für eine ruhige Atmosphäre sorgt, abgesehen von den Geräuschen, die vom angrenzenden Pub für junge Menschen kommen. Im Sommer kann es dort recht laut werden, was für empfindliche Ohren etwas störend sein könnte. ich kann das Appartment für alle empfehlen, die eine zentrale Lage und eine freundliche Gastgeberin suchen!

Wir sind sehr nett empfangen worden und haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt - alles sehr sympathisch! Es wurde uns auch sofort Hilfe für etwaige Fragen angeboten! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und für den Empfang gemütlich beheizt (wir waren in Dezember dort). Auch Getränke wurden im Kühlschrank bereitgestellt! WiFi und sonstige technische Ausstattungen liefen ebenfalls problemlos! Vielen Dank an Chiara, wir kommen gerne wieder!

This place was perfect! A few minutes walk to the beach with great restaurants and evening entertainment nearby. The pool is fantastic. Hot tub and sauna very relaxing. Only advice bring a beach towel as they are not provided. Would love to stay here again everything was top notch!!

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!

Siamo rimasti entusiasti della struttura deliziosa, pulita e accogliente. La consiglio vivamente a tutti i tipi di famiglia per soggiornare in tranquillità e serenità, ci torneremo sicuramente!

Enrico war sehr zuvorkommend und nett und war stets erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns bei Ihm sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig (warscheinlich auch weil es außerhalb der Saison war). In der Wohnanlage ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das tut dem Wohlfühlfaktor aber keinen Abbruch. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Enricos Pizzaofen ist ein echtes Highlight. Das ist echtes italienisches Lebensgefühl. Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Eine Kleinigkeit hat uns schon etwas gestört. Außerhalb der Wohnanlage und insbesondere der Weg zum Strand und am Strand war es sehr dreckig.. überall lag Müll. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir außerhalb der italienischen Feriensaison dort waren. Die Innenstadt von Rom ist in einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar und wenn man früh da ist, gibt es am Tiber entlang auch viele günstige Parkmöglichkeiten. Danke Enrico für die schönen entspannten zwei Wochen.

We enjoyed our stay a lot! The highlights - pool and jacuzzi ! And great beach nearby with self school - my teenage kids were happy and busy. We also made a day trip to Rome ( around 1 hour drive). Overall really pleasant stay, great host- highly recommended

Giulio var otroligt hjälpsam och kommunikativ. inte bara med boendet utan allt därtill. Hjälpsam att boka bord och utflykter. Boendet är på gångavstånd ner till restaurangen och strand men ett lugn område där du lätt kan parkera bilen gratis på gatan utanför. Värt att känna till är att den gemensamma poolen endast är öppen. mellan. 15-17 på dagarna. Det gjorde det lite begränsat att använda. Men jag vill framförallt lyfta fram Giulio som värd. verkligen mån om att vi skulle trivas.

Miejsce pobytu jest zgodne z opisem. Jest fajnie położone, jest widok na morze (wręcz słychać morze), dostępność plaży to spokojnie 5min pieszo. Jest położone na terenie prywatnym i jest bezpieczne. Dom wyposażony jest we wszystkie podstawowe rzeczy. WIFI jest ogólnodostępne, jest NETFIX, PRIME, youtube. Najbliższy sklep to około 15min drogi pieszo, podobnie jak najbliższe restaurację/pizzeria. Jednak, żeby dowozić większe zakupy niezbędny jest samochód. Kontakt z właścicielem bezproblemowy, bieżący. Gloria odpowiada na wszystkie potrzeby i reaguje bardzo szybko. Dojazd do Rzymu samochodem to około 1h. Jeżeli komuś zależy na Mcdonalds, nie ma problemu, kwestia 15min samochodem. Basen fajny, ze zróżnicowaną głębokością. Bardzo fajne i przyjemne miejsce. Serdecznie polecam! Jedyną rzeczą jaka uważam, że powinna być poprawiona to schody na taras i jego włączenie do użytkowania. To w mojej opinii jeszcze bardziej uatrakcyjni ofertę.

Wir haben als zwei Paare eine Woche in dem Haus übernachtet. Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt, die Atmosphäre im Haus und im Garten, auf dem ganzen Grundstück ist unbeschreiblich, wir wären am liebsten für immer dort geblieben! Es war alles perfekt vorbereitet und sehr gemütlich. Das Haus war (vermutlich) frisch renoviert und hat eine tolle Ausstattung. Monica war bei Fragen immer erreichbar und hat uns sehr geholfen. Über alle Geschenke und Annehmlichkeiten (Pflegeprodukte, Lebensmittel usw.) haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Die Lage ist toll, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom wunderschönen Meer mit feinem Sandstrand entfernt. Jede Menge Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und nur Max. 1 Stunde von Rom entfernt. Wir werden, wenn sich die Gelegenheit ergibt, auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Vielen Dank Monica! Was eine Lage! Direkt am Strand, was mit Kindern super ist. Öffentliche Parkplätze direkt an der Straße der Wohnung. Straße ist allerdings der Zugang zum Strand, deshalb aufpassen und Auto Nahe der Mauer parken. In der Umgebung gibt es einige gute Restaurants, allerdings beträgt der Fußweg ca. 20-30 Minuten. Hat uns aber nicht gestört. Die Lage direkt am Strand bringt mit sich, dass auch abends Personen am Strand sind, was ab und zu einen gewissen Lärmpegel mit sich bringt. Kaum ausländische Touristen vor Ort, dafür viele herzliche und nette Italiener. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.

I had a great stay at Giorgias “Terrazza sul Mare”. Communication with the host was very uncomplicated and friendly. I was allowed to do my check-out a little later. The sound of the sea and the hustle and bustle on the beach is a highlight. The accommodation is small, clean and simple but leaves nothing to be desired. Kitchen utensils, hot water and beach equipment are also available, even bicycles. By bike you can get to Anzio or Nettuno in about 10 minutes. There are many restaurants and bars for all budgets. An absolute recommendation from me. Top!

Appartamento completamente e ben ristrutturato, condizionamento alloggio completo e perfetto, posizione splendida. Tutto ben curato, completo in tutto e di tutto, host simpatico e disponibile, gentile e attento. Assolutamente consigliato

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, Natalia è molto simpatica e super disponibile e amichevole, sempre pronta per qualsiasi cosa. La casa è molto carina e grande, la pulizia perfetta ed è fornita di tutto. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

We had a great stay, the place is absolutlly fantastic with amazing view first line at the beach,amazing sunset, super clean , huge teraces and the host very responsive and friendly. The apartament is equiped with everithing that you need and even more. Walking distance there are a lot of great restaurants ,shops , supermarkets and a lot of things to do. For sure its a place where you feel like home so we trully recomend it and we will come again as soon as we can . We even received beers, wather and a lot of drinks . Thank you so much Joseph and for your father also ! Keep the great work that you do! Its amazing when you meet people and places like this !

Das Appartement entspricht absolut den Fotos und ist sehr gemütlich, die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön, den ersten Tag sind wir nur zwischen Stand und Appartement gependelt. Am zweiten Tag haben wir uns Anzio angeschaut, wegen der Jahreszeit, Ende Oktober, hatte sehr viel geschlossen. Am Stand haben wir durch Zufall ein Restaurant gefunden, wo wir 2m vom Wasser entfernt zu Abende gegessen haben, traumhaft.

È stato un soggiorno breve ma intenso, veramente tutto impeccabile, appartamento gestito e curato nei minimi dettagli, host veramente super disponibile. Posizione ottima anche per girare a piedi. Non ho veramente nulla di cui lamentarmi, qual’ora ci tornassi saprei sicuramente dove alloggiare.

Piu’ che una casa al mare, trattasi di casa nel mare Vista stupenda con terrazze abitabili e meravigliose Siamo stati a novembre per lavoro, ma la bellezza di quanto offerto e’ a prescindere dal periodo Bellissimo appartamento e Andrea super disponibile Spero di tornare per una vacanza
