The apartment is located in a newly renovated house with a terrace and access to the garden and forest. Very quiet location about 3 km from Bad Godesberg. From there there are good train connections to all major train stations in Germany. Logistically well located - CologneBonn Airport is approx. 30 km away. Motorway A 565 and A 552 3 km away.

Bright and friendly attic flat in the direct vicinity of Cologne/Bonn Airport (5 min.) and yet very quietly located. Buses are within walking distance (3-5 min.). The Porz/Rhine railway station is only 5 minutes away, and from there you can take regional trains to the Deutz trade fair centre in only 10 minutes or to Cologne's main railway station in 15 minutes. In the immediate vicinity there are several shopping facilities, restaurants, pubs, cocktail bar and an ice cream parlour.

In the immediate vicinity of the Rhine (5 min) and directly in the center of Bonn, my modern apartment is located in the heart of the Beuel district, in a quiet side street. You can easily park in the underground garage. Use the balcony, the modern kitchen or the Sky programs on TV (Bundesliga :-) With the passenger ferry or on foot (15 min) or the tram (2 min) you can quickly reach the Bonn city center. The S-Bahn to the airport or to Cologne can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.
