Here you are right in the middle of life between Schanze and Pauli. The loft is quietly located in a backyard, so you can sleep without Oropax. Business or sightseeing - it's not either or, but both. The loft is a mixture of living and working - black and white canvas film pictures from the 60s and 70s and furnished with USM Haller and Vitra furniture give the studio a very casual look. 88m² attic apartment with separate entrance which is high quality furnished. In just 22 min. by train at the main train station. Quiet and green location not far from the Harburg harbor. The apartment is fully equipped. For your information; in unfavorable wind conditions, you can hear the highway. You can always hear something, we are also not in the village. When the windows are closed, it is very quiet.

It is situated ideal for Hamburg visitors and nearby the industrial areas in in central and southern Hamburg e.g. Hamburg harbour or Airbus. Above the rooftops of Hamburg

Our spacious apartment is located on the other side of the Elbe, in the green district of Wilhelmsburg and yet only 10 minutes from the main train station. It has a fantastic panoramic view over the skyline of Hamburg. From the Köhlbrand Bridge to the Elphi you can see the other side of the Elbe.
