Der Schuppen XIII ist genau das Richtige für Paare oder Familien mit Kindern und Hund, die gerne in der Sonne frühstücken. Das Schlafzimmer, ein Bad mit Dusche & der Wohnbereich mit offener, kleiner & sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche sind sehr praktisch aufgeteilt. Die erhöhte Terrasse ist nach Nordosten ausgerichtet & durch einen Strandkorb & die Glasbedachung vor Regen geschützt & sehr gemütlich. Die Wohnung ist ca 35 qm groß, wirkt aber durch die zusätzliche ca 12 qm Terrasse viel großzügiger.

Die 2-Raum-Apartments für 2 – 3 Personen sind ca. 37 qm groß. Der Schlafraum bei diesem Apartment-Typ ist komplett abgeteilt und beinhaltet ein Doppelbett (180 x 200). Die Küchenzeile ist mit Geschirr, Töpfen und Besteck komplett ausgestattet und mit einem Induktionskochfeld versehen. Es gibt einen Esstisch mit Stühlen. Im Wohnraum sind eine Schlafcouch und ein Sessel vorhanden. Ein Flachbildfernseher für den Sat-Empfang ist vorhanden. Im Badezimmer befinden sich Dusche und WC sowie ein Föhn.

The apartment is separate from the house and very private. The apartment is small but nice. We look forward to seeing you soon!Very suitable for 1-2 people.
