Hof Seewind holiday apartment - right on the North Sea

Our apartment offers families, couples and cyclists the perfect starting point for a relaxing break on the North Sea coast. The apartment is located directly behind the dike on a farm with a large garden – quiet, close to nature and yet close to the coast. You can reach the dike in a minute by bike and you can also reach the North Sea in a few minutes on foot. Since we live in the house ourselves, we are always available to answer your questions and will be happy to give you tips for excursions or restaurants.

Unsere Ferienwohnung „Friesenbude“ wurde frisch renoviert und möbliert. Sie wurde im maritimem Wohnstil eingerichtet und lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen mit Nordsee-Flair ein. Nicht nur der maritime Stil sondern auch der Garten, die ruhige Lage und nicht zuletzt die Strandnähe der Erdgeschosswohnung lassen Urlaubsgefühle aufkommen. Der Strand von Neßmersiel ist fußläufig, mit dem Rad, oder Auto, in ca. 1900m zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft bietet eine Wallbox für Elektroautos.

Enjoy the sun and the North Sea coast in a beautiful apartment 15 minutes by car from the coast. Bedroom (double bed + single bed), shower and large kitchen offer space. The living room is equipped with a TV. Private terrace and small, fenced garden offer space for grilling and relaxation. Shopping facilities are in the next village (5 minutes by car). The Schooer Wald and numerous cycling routes invite you to cycle and walk. (plus final cleaning charge)

The apartment Deichtraum is in a quiet location in a cul-de-sac in Nessmersiel and is perfect for a relaxing vacation with your loved ones. The 55 m² ground floor apartment was renovated in 2023/2024 and modernly furnished. The private terrace, the well-kept garden and the beach also invite you to relax. The beach is comfortably accessible in about 1300m on foot, by bike or by car. Your dog will be able to let off steam on the beautiful dog beach.

Our apartment is located in Halbemond on the East Frisian North Sea coast ❌ Close to Norddeich, Nessmersiel or Dornumersiel! In just 10 minutes by car to Norddeich or 20 minutes to Greetsiel, everything is very easy to reach by car. Emden is 25 kilometres away. Leisure facilities: The Oceanwave, seal breeding station,Waloseum and automobile & play equipment museum are located in Norddeich. The tea museum is located in Norden.

Quiet apartment in the historic village of Neustadtgödens. Just 12 km from the North Sea with great excursion opportunities and especially suitable for cyclists. An excursion to Jever 12 km or to Dangast by bike through the beautiful countryside. Close by is the beautiful Sande swimming lake or the Gödens moated castle. On the Ems-Jade Canal is a paddle and pedal station. Various restaurants and supermarkets are 3 km away.

Pets are welcome with me. My guests can fully use Sky Entertainment Plus. Netflix is available on two TVs. In the spacious upper apartment with separate entrance, you can relax and feel comfortable. The Kiessee in the climatic spa town of Berumbur (600 m away) invites you to swim (dog beach) and relax. There is a separate, massively fenced garden area only for you, here also eruption artists can romp freely.
