Our newly renovated holiday home offers space for up to 5 guests and is furnished in a cosy, maritime style. It has 3 bedrooms, one of which is an open-plan space in the loft (no door), a bathroom, a guest WC, and a new kitchen with an oven, microwave and washing machine. The bright living area is a wonderful place to relax, and you can enjoy the sun in the garden, which has a terrace. The dike, the Wadden Sea, the harbour, restaurants and shops can all be reached in just a few minutes.

My place - apartment "Mina" - is close to the beach, family-friendly activities, bakeries, restaurants, ferries to Norderney and Juist, surf/kitesurf school, Norddeich Mole train station. You'll love my place because of the light, relaxation by the sea, coziness, location, sea view over the dike. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and families with 1-2 kids. You can expect covered beds and fresh towels - you don't have to bring anything but anticipation!

This special apartment inspires with its fantastic location – just a dune away from the beach. You can walk to the village center with shops, cozy cafes and cinema in a few minutes. Tennis court and goldfish pond are also close by. A bike trip to the domain Bill with the legendary raisin mares is just part of Juist. Our apartment is located in the former living area of an old and extensively renovated Gulfhof, at the foot of the dike, in the midst of a nature reserve. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian landscape and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to come down and relax.

Cozy apartment for two

Our apartment is on the upper floor and is about 35 square meters. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the north beach. The center of Norderney with the Conversationshaus, the theater, various restaurants and shopping facilities is easily accessible on foot. We are not commercial landlords and live downstairs in the house ourselves.
