This bright apartment offers a spacious living and dining area with a kitchenette, a large dining table and a cosy sitting area. The separate bedroom has a comfortable double size bed. The sofa in the living area can be used as an additional sleeping space, meaning that up to four people can be accommodated. Restaurants, cafes, shops and the beach are all within easy walking distance.

The apartment on the first floor was completely renovated in 2020 and equipped with new furniture - including a high-quality kitchen. The room concept is extremely flexible. Relax and/or work remotely (office chair, 24-inch monitor, etc.). The property is located on the first sea line and is situated in one of the best locations on Norderney. On approx. 32 m² there is a hallway, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with a foldaway bed and a pull-out 3-seater sofa.

Dune castles right on the beach

The dune castle is right on the upper beach promenade on the beach of Wangerooge. Restaurants, shops and a lovely golf course are just a few minutes' walk away. At present, our guests are required to clean the holiday apartment themselves on the day of departure, which means that the €140 cleaning fee for the holiday apartment is waived and only the €45 cleaning fee for bed linen and towels is charged under 'Bed linen fee' (information under 'Additional rules').
