A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. Die Wohnung hat eine Wohnfläche von 78 Quadratmetern. Der Ortskern/ Kurplatz ist fußläufig in etwa 2 Minuten erreichbar, Strand in 5 - 7 Minuten. Ebenfalls sind ein Lebensmittelmarkt und das Thalasso-Zentrum in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt am Haus, je nach Verfügbarkeit.

Ein eigenes elektrisches Tor führt auf das Grundstück. Auf dem Gelände sind viele Winkel und kleine Hütten zu entdecken. Sollte es einmal kühler werden, dann könnt ihr gemütlich im Garten ein Korbfeuer anzünden oder den Ofen im Wohnzimmer.

Das Haus hat eine zentrale Lage im Herzen der Insel Norderney. 600 Meter vom Strand entfernt und nur 300 Meter vom Kurplatz befindet sich das Inselhuus Felimar in der Gartenstraße 56. Die zentrale Lage macht die Ferienwohnung zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt sowohl für Einkaufsbummel als auch für ausgedehnte Strandspaziergänge.
