You have the house all to yourself and can spend time together in the upstairs room. The large table invites you to eat and drink together. If someone wants to withdraw, of course, that's also possible. The terrace and balcony also invite you to linger. Get your time out with the whole family.

A hallway leads to an infrared sauna, shower room and a niche with a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs are two bedrooms with box spring beds and a bathtub. Wi-Fi, garden, two parking spaces and a folding boat are available. No pets allowed and no smoking. The beach is within walking distance.

My place is right in the city center, arts and culture, parks, and public transportation. You'll like my place because of the coziness, the high ceilings, the views, and the beautiful garden. Despite the central location it is quiet in the apartment. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and adventurers.
