Il Vigneto

'Il Vigneto' is a traditional stone house with terracotta tiles and exposed beams. A magnificent swimming pool over seven meters in length benefits from having full sun throughout the day. Adjacent to the pool is an extensive outdoor eating area along with a built-in BBQ. and Pizza oven. Inside, the house is spacious and immaculate with a modern, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, that also contains a sofa bed. There are two double bedrooms a bathroom with shower and a utility room room.

Local tax (€2.60 per day/person) already included in the price! Skiing, hiking, cycling, relaxing... The two ski resorts Hochzillertal and ZillertalArena are each accessible by ski bus. The stops are a 5-minute walk from the bungalow (about 200 meters). The bungalow is located in the middle of the Zillertal, quietly located on the outskirts of Aschau. A living room and two bedrooms (1x with double bed and 1x with double bed and bunk bed (90*200 cm) can accommodate up to 6 people.

The house is very very simple and very basic but has been refurnished with a small pool, private garden. It has two parking spaces. A local 24 hour supermarket is 3 minutes’ walk. Easy access by bus and train to Lugano, Milan and Como and lake ferry. It is NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN ! or babies.
