It combines old sandstone walls with an urban lifestyle. In the immediate walking distance is the city center with good shopping, top restaurants and cafes. In about 25 minutes you can reach the city center of Nuremberg, the airport or the Nuremberg fairgrounds. The hiking paradise of Franconian Switzerland is also not too far away.

On the ground floor of the house there is a bar, where it is sometimes a bit "wilder" at special events and weekends and you can hear the music in the living room. The sofa is then not suitable as a bed!
