Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

Auch ein Besuch von Innsbruck, welches sich in ca 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen lässt steht nichts im Wege. Supermarkt u. Restaurant befindet sich in ca 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
