With the location in the middle of the island, it's close to making excursions both to the north side of the island and the south. Fully equipped with fleaways, ice cream and locally produced vegetables. The house has many social areas, several patios, all to follow the sun and accommodate all friends. Completely protected and overlooking the expanses of Öland.

One of these pearls is Stora Rör, an idyllic little harbor town on the west coast of Öland. In Stora Rör you will find: • A cozy marina. • Restaurants and cafés with sea views. • Beautiful walking and cycling trails in the large forests of the adjacent nature reserve. • Tennis and paddle ball courts. The cottage is located right next to the Baltic Sea, outside Bergkvara located midway between Kalmar and Karlskrona with about 4 miles to each cities (about 25 minutes by car). The cottage was finished in 2022 and is 45 sqm + loft. The cottage has all the amenities you can imagine with sea views from all rooms. Bed sheets & towels can be rented at 15€/SEK 150 per set. 150m from the cottage, there is also a swimming area with a sandy beach, swimming docks and raft, as well as fantastic hiking trails both north and south.

History: Our farm was built early 1900 by Caroline's old grandfather Erik. Our residential house was built in 1908, the following years the rest of the buildings. 1925 man small cottage so then used as a small farmhouse, while upstairs and the part where the kitchen is now a storage room and grain warehouse. In the early 1980s it was converted into a residence, then by Caroline's grandfather Nils. Enjoy large garden, cozy cozy cottage only 80 meters from the shore.
