The grounds are green and hilly. The house is a small red cottage, in the middle of the historic buildings in Eriksöre. There are older wind turbines, chargers and stone cellars. By car or bike, you can quickly get to Öland's beaches, sights such as Capellagården's craft school, the World Heritage Site for the agricultural landscape of South Öland and Alvaret.

Jöns-Lasses is a converted farm named after the carpenter and blacksmith Jöns Larsson. Much has been preserved since the 19th century. In the evenings, you can enjoy amazing sunsets. There are 2 patios, east and west-facing. To the swimming jetty, it is about 300 meters. Restaurant Elise is open in Djupvik during the summer. Approximately 6 km to grocery store and restaurants.
