It is 500 meters to First Camp, which is a 4-star campsite. In summer, it is possible to shop there in a smaller grocery store. The campsite has nice swimming, playground, mini golf, canoe, bike rental, restaurant.

Access to a hot bath (39 degrees Celsius) all year round with circulation for purification. Use of a rowboat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoking-free and pet-free! In the quiet and idyllic Södra Bruket is Villa Sälvik, a wooden villa from 1806, one of five workers' houses at Södra Bruket's alum factory. Villa Sälvik is located right by the sea, nature reserve, golf course and Alvaret and is the perfect base for bird watching. The apartments have been renovated in the spring of 2025 and this is the first summer they are rented out. All in a high modern standard with preserved charm.

Nice small and modern studio close to the seaside. 8km to the city center of Kalmar and 2okm to reach the Island Öland with their lovely beaches and wonderful nature. If you want to stay on the Island Styrsö where the studio is located you find a bathing place 500meters down the road.
