The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. Easy accommodation for guests who want to stay in Munich at a reasonable price. About 10 minutes' walk to Puchheim S-Bahn station. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the city center / Munich Marienplatz. A free private parking space is available. There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor. On the ground floor the guest toilet and fully equipped kitchen. The living room is not yet newly renovated, but can still be used to a limited extent.

Centrally located to take numerous excursions or simply spend a few nice days in a sustainably built and furnished house. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled! On the terrace, a charcoal grill is waiting to be fired up and in the large garden, a trampoline and fireplace make hearts beat faster.
